TECHNOLOGY STACK: Core Java, SQL, JDBC, Spring framework, Hibernate, API, OOP Concepts and knowledge on UI and or any JS script) preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The person should be responsible for managing multiple clients and teams at any given time.
  • The role demands expertise in managing multiple client’s expectations and escalations.
  • The person should have technical expertise in driving teams, understanding roadblocks and providing direction to the team and bring confidence to the clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
  • Ability to deal with multiple client implementations in parallel.
  • Manage client expectations. Understand the As - Is to T-Be state of any system at high level, review the game plan for delivery and identify risks upfront.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION:
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be able to participate in client meetings, understand the critical pieces of client business, relate to the application and propose solutions wherever required.
  • Should be ready to jump into any critical escalations and partner with the client to empathize with the situation and provide Solutions.
GOOD TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Must be Strong on Solutioning irrespective of the technology.
  • Strong in any one of the following:
    • Java / J2EE Skills
    • Any advanced frameworks like Spring / Hibernate or any other
    • DB Design
    • Deep on Application architecture, can provide direction during crisis situations
TECHNICAL DIRECTION:
  • Create a future roadmap to the team.
  • Encourage Technical POCs, create vision and direction for technical uplift.
  • Provide technical vision / direction and make the team part of the journey.
TALENT IDENTIFICATION:
  • Identify Strong people with good mix of technical and management skills, fast track them onto future leaders
  • Be the Culture Champ, encourage high performers with good career plan, offload non performers
  • Passionate to build strong performing teams, recruit next level of leaders which take the teams forward
